Ingredients:

Bone soup, We can mix with extra pork tail 500g, Fish meatballs 200g, Dried shrimp, Dried shredded squid, Pork soup powder, 1 tablespoon of white sugar, 1 Tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, Parsley, Ground pepper, 1 small piece of Salted beetroot, 1 Carrot, 3 garlic cloves, Cabbage plus beef 1, 1 onion, 1 corn, 1 Beetroot, Cabbage, and we can add as many vegetables as we like because it is good for health.

How to do:

First, we put boiling water to soak the meat so that there is no bad smell for 3 minutes, then wash it with clean water again. After that, we mix the fish meat to make meatballs by mixing with 1 teaspoon of sugar, ground pepper, garlic, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, half a teaspoon of bean curd and mix well to mix well. Then we put it in a bowl. Next, we boil the water again to make pork soup. When the water boils, we add salted beets to the hibiscus, dried shrimp and garlic, then put the pork into a pot to steam out the shrimp. Dried or salted beets are steamed until the meat is tender. After, the meat is cooked, the soup is rotten. Let’s cook for the last 2 minutes, we add the vegetables, corn, beets, and carrots to cook quickly. Then add the fish meatballs that we mixed and the ball into a ball like a ball, add cabbage, beef, and cabbage.
