Amok Fish

Let’s find out how to make “Amok” which is a national representative dish.

– Roasted peppers

– Squid and Shrimp

– 5 tablespoons of fish sauce

– 1 teaspoon of salt

– 2 tablespoons of sugar

– 300 ml of coconut milk

– 1 tablespoon season powder

– 2 eggs – Water – Lemon leaves

– Ripe chili peppers – Coconut water

How to do:

First of all, we heat the oil in a frying pan then we add the roasted peppers until they turn red. Next, we add the batter and stir fry until fragrant, then add the coconut milk and stir until fragrant. Moreover, we add fish sauce, sugar, salt and stir well. Next, we stir in the fish. We take 100ml coconut milk, mix with egg, season powder, and stir until the water thickens. Lastly, we stir-fry the squid and shrimp with the coconut water mixture, then simmer for 10 to 20 minutes. We just wait that dish to cook well and sprinkle with lemon leaves zest and peppers to garnish.
